Classes cater to all levels, from those with no prior yoga or SUP experience to serious practitioners of both. (Please note: you must be able to swim)
Exploring your rootedness on a stand up paddle board (SUP) begins an organic awakening of your great ability to focus. It settles the busy mind and connects you with your innate, distilled power.
Each class begins with a brief shore-side lesson on the basics of SUP followed by a guided paddling warm up. Tailor-made to improve your balance and keep you above water (with an open invitation to make a splash if you please), SUP sun salutations flow into strengthening and lengthening postures, breathing exercises, and guided meditation.
Cradled by Mother Nature’s ebb and flow, the final relaxation pose will lull you into gentle quietude.
Note: Please make sure to arrive 15 min before class start to check in & get equipment
