Exploring your rootedness on a stand up paddle board (SUP) begins an organic awakening of your great ability to focus. It settles the busy mind and connects you with your innate, distilled power.
Each class begins with a brief shore-side lesson on the basics of SUP followed by a guided paddling warm up. Tailor-made to improve your balance and keep you above water (with an open invitation to make a splash if you please), SUP sun salutations flow into strengthening and lengthening postures, breathing exercises, and guided meditation.
Cradled by Mother Nature’s ebb and flow, the final relaxation pose will lull you into gentle quietude.
Season 4 was sadly an unfortunate season due to COVID and personal events.
However, Season 5 will resume with SUP yoga classes - including most popular Friday evening Yin & Vin(o) starting in May 2021.
